By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to one of our concerts, you automatically agree to our policies. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the concert.

Privacy Policy

We only use cookies for purely functional purposes like storing the products you add to your cart and saving your language preferences.

When you buy tickets from us, we collect personal information such as your email and your name for the sole purpose of allowing us to send you email updates about the event as well giving us the ability to search for your name before you are able to enter the venue.

Refund Policy

You may cancel a purchased concert ticket by contacting the board. If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, we will fully reimburse your ticket price. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the concert, we will offer you a voucher for our next concert. Canceling less than 24 hours in advance is not possible. We will not offer compensation in that case. We are unable to refund donations.
